Company History
Ian Wood Memorials Ltd has been trading since 1984 is a family run business and we are time served craftsmen.
Ian Wood who served his apprenticeship at Trotman Memorials in Newcastle is an accredited assessor and member of the IVA, which is the independent organisation for licensed verifiers and assessors.
Expert masons, carvers and letter cutters and are very experienced craftsmen.
All our work is finished to a very high standard on our own premises. We carry out our own fixing to BRAMM accreditation.
We are certified members of B.R.A.M.M. (British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons). As such we adhere to rigorous rules laid out in their agenda.
All of our craftsmen are NVQ trained to levels VR01 VR02 VR03 VR194 VR198 in Monumental Masonry.
This ensures a high level of consistency and quality in our work.
